Family Hike at Osamequin Nature Preserve

Join us on this fun family hike!  Learn a little about Osamequin and the history of the area. We will have binoculars available to get a closer look at birds and nature and a scavenger hunt. 

PARKING

Roadside parking is available at the trailhead on the northbound side of Rte. 114.

MEETING SPOT

Meet by the trailhead near the parking lot.

TRAIL LENGTH and TERRAIN

Roughly 2 mile path along mostly flat and open terrain. Some sections are wooded, and some  may be muddy. Dogs are allowed on leash.

Osamequin Nature Preserve is a 42-acre conservation area along the western shore of Hundred Acre Cove in Barrington.
